| 摘 要： | 教师专业发展是当今许多国家普遍关注的问题,而且在终身教育思想的指导下,我们要对教师专业发展进行全方位的审视,提高教师专业发展水平。本文从教师职业生涯规划和教师专业发展相关关系以及二者结合的重要意义进行简单分析,基于此对教师进行审视,希望能够有利于促进教师个人成长,使教师这一职业更具有专业性。
