| 摘 要： | 师生关系是一种基本的人际关系,在教育活动中起着重要作用。文章基于传统师生关系,针对当今我国大学师生关系疏远和冷漠、实用和功利、对立和冲突的现状,分析其产生的原因,如社会结构的变化,大学经营模式的变化,师生关系冲突的个体因素等。据此,提出了重建当代大学师生关系的有效策略。
