| 摘 要： | 随着我国改革开放及创新型国家建设的不断深入,我国迫切需要一大批既精通英语,又具备专业知识的高素质复合型人才。高校作为培养复合型人才的基地,双语教学在提高人才培养质量方面的地位及作用日益凸显。但是,从近些年普通高校的双语教学实践来看,受师资水平和能力、教材及教学条件、学生英语基础等条件的限制,双语课程的教学效果一直不太理想。因此要求高校要科学合理地开设双语课程,加强师资队伍建设,提高学生的外语应用能力,促进双语教材建设,以提高双语教学的质量。
