| 摘 要： | 校训优秀传统与高校思想政治教育的契合性主要体现在共同目标的契合、文化根基的契合以及思想追求的契合三个方面.校训优秀传统融入高校思想政治教育面临高校的认识存在不足、缺乏校训优秀传统的融入方法、校训内化效果不理想和缺乏环境支持的困境.将校训优秀传统融入高校思想政治教育需要提高对校训优秀传统思想政治教育功能的认识,拓展校训优秀传统融入思想政治教育的方法,重视校训的内化外显,加强校训建设的环境支持.
