| 摘 要： | 通过对台州学院2000——20001级体育教育专业学生的研究,发现在健美操教学中,当学生具备一定健美操基础的情况下,积极引导学生进行组合动作或健身健美操全套动作创编,对提高学生的创新意识、创编能力、自学能力、拓展健美操专项的知识面,培养学生兴趣,使学生由被动学习变为主动学习等方面都起到积极的促进作用。同时,也提出了在健美操课中培养学生创编健美操能力的一些举措,旨在为体育教育专业学生连续、长期终身健身打下良好的基础。

| Abstract: | This thesis tells us that,after a study of PE majors of ??, if we lead the students to design the movements after theyhave a cer?ain foundation in body - building gymnastics, it will develop the students creative sense. creative abilities and teach- yourself abilities, it will expand their knowledge of the body -building gymnastics and it will improve their interest in learn-ing, help them learn actively. This thesis produces some ways of developing the students' creative abilities of body - buildinggymnastics so that a better foundation ean be laid for the students of the Department of Physical Education. |
