摘    要:学校的素质教育是培养学生的观念,知识,能力在教学过程中的有机结合也就是内外因相结合来实现自我教育。当然实现自然教育的心理学和社会学基础是个性心理品质和个体的社会化要求,也是学校从应试教育向素质教育过渡的客观要求。

Abstract:Quality Education of school is the combination of training the students in thought,knowledge and ability.That is to accomplish self-teaching by inside and outside reasons.The psychological and social basis of accomplishing self-teaching is the demand for personal psychological quality and socialization of an individual.It is also the objective demand for transition from education for testing to quality education.
