| 摘 要： | 人才供需脱节问题制约着应用型本科人才培养质量的整体提高。应用型本科人才供需脱节的成因主要有:校企双方思想认识不一致、信息交流不充分、资源共享不全面、合作动力不匹配。破解应用型本科人才供需脱节的关键是要素融合,包括专业结构与产业结构融合、专业标准与职业要求融合、教学资源与产业资源融合、校园文化与企业文化融合、管理机制与企业市场融合。

| Abstract: | The disconnection between supply and demand of talents restricts the overall improvement of training quality of applied undergraduate talents. The main reasons are as follows: inconsistent understanding and insufficient information exchange between schools and enterprises, incomplete resource sharing and mismatching of cooperative motivation between schools and enterprises. The key to bridging the gap between the supply and the demand of applied undergraduate talents is the integration of factors, including the integration of professional structure with industrial structure, the integration of professional standards with professional requirements, the integration of teaching resources with industrial resources, the integration of campus culture with enterprise culture, and the integration of management mechanism with enterprise market. |
