| 摘 要： | 职业培训是高职院校社会服务能力的重要体现，高职院校应依照社会职业培训的原则，通过明确职业培训的市场定位、建立健全培训机构及培训制度，有效利用优质的教育教学资源，积极争取政府政策支持，建立合理的职业培训人才培养模式等职业培训有效途径，积极探索多层次、多形式、多规格的社会职业培训，满足劳动力市场的迫切需要，提高高职院校的影响力和辐射力，促进高职院校社会职业培训工作持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | Occupation training is an important manifestation of social serving abilities in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges should be in accordance w ith the principle of social occupation training, through a clear market positioning, establishing the sound occupation training institutions and training system , it makes effective use of high-quality educational resources, actively strives for governm ent policy support, establishes the reasonable occupational training cultivation m ode, and actively explores the m ulti-level, m ulti-form , and multi-standard social occupation training. Then it can meet the urgent needs of the labor market, increase the influence and radiation force of higher vocational colleges, and prom ote the sustainable and healthy development of social occupation training in higher vocational colleges. |
