| 摘 要： | 高职教育的目标是培养生产、管理、服务第一线的高级应用型人才，因而决定了高职院校的教师应具备一定的专业实践能力，“双师型”教师的培养也就成为高职院校师资队伍建设的特色和重点。因此，高职院校教师实践能力培养，需要合理的运行机制和完善的方法体系来支撑。
