| 摘 要： | 新能源汽车是低碳的必然选择,汽车产业的发展趋势。新能源汽车产业化发展的直接推动力就是国家的相关扶植政策。美国、日本、欧洲等发达国家对新能源汽车技术高度重视,从汽车技术变革和产业升级的战略出发,颁布制定了优惠的政策措施。中国新能源汽车产业的发展也在政府支持下开局、破局和蓬勃发展。

| Abstract: | The new energy vehicle is an inevitable choice for low-carbon,and auto industry trends.The direct driving force for the development of new energy automotive industry is the policy supports provided by the country.The United States,Japan,Europe and other developed countries attach great importance to the new energy vehicle technologies,and these countries promulgated preferential policies and measures developed from cars and industrial upgrading,technological change,strategic departure.China＇s new energy auto-industries embarked,started and prospered with the support of the government. |
