| 摘 要： | 集中分析了我国竞争性国有企业战略性调整的机制问题。竞争性国有企业战略性调整的基本思路是构建有效的国有资本退出机制，国有资本退出的实质是企业控制权的再配置。要顺利推动国有企业控制权再配置进程。关键是在于尽快培育一个有效的控制权市场。
