| 摘 要： | 农村税费改革在全国推广之后,农村义务教育的投入,尤其是贫困地区义务教育的投入陷入了紧张的状态,使得贫困地区义务教育的可得性及可及性面临着重大的挑战.要加大农村义务教育的投入力度,必须依靠政府的行政权力行为来多渠道的筹措教育经费,建立完善的农村义务教育经费保障机制.

| Abstract: | The situation of the investment in rural compulsory education has become tense, especially in the less-developed area simce the national promotion of the rural reform of taxation,thus making the possibility and the availability of the compulsory education in the less-developed area facing a great challenge.The administrative authority must be depended on to raise the educational funds through various channels and establish the perfect mechanism to guarantee the rural compulsory education in order to enhance the investment in rural compulsory education. |
