| 摘 要： | 新课程强调教学是沟通,是互动,是交往,是合作,就意味着老师和学生完全是平等的,应该共同分享彼此的思考、经验和知识,交流彼此的情感、体验和观念,从而求得新的发展;意味着教学的过程需人人参与,平等对话,合作建构。教师在教,同时也在学;学生在学,同时也在教。教育已不仅仅是一种认知活动,更是一种人与人之间平等的精神交流。上课不再是单向的付出,而是生命活动、专业成长和自我实现的过程。因此,教学必须是师生间的互动过程。教学要重视结论,更要重视过程;要关注学科知识,更要关注人的发展。“一切为了每一位学生的发展”应成为每一位教师的行动指南。

| Abstract: | the new course reform emphasize the teaching is the communication,is the interaction,is the contact,is the cooperation,meant teacher and the student are equal completely,should share each other together the ponder,the experience and the knowledge,exchanges each other emotion,the experience and the idea,thus obtains the recent development;Meant the teaching the process needs everybody to participation,the equal dialogue,the cooperation constructs.The teacher in teaches,at the same time also in study;The student in study,at the same time also is teaching.The educmion already was one kind of cognition activity not merely,was between one kind of person and the human the equal spiritual exchange.Attends class no longer is unidirectional paying,but is the vital activity,the specialized growth and the self-realization process.Therefore,the teaching must be interaction process between teachers'and students'.The teaching needs to take the conclusion,must take the process;Must pay attention to the discipline knowledge,must pay.attention to human's development."All in order to each student's development",should become each teacher's guide to action. |
