| 摘 要： | 切换控制管理是无线资源管理的一个重要功能。从理论推导和数值运算两方面对资源预留算法进行了分析并建立了算法的数学模型,对数值分析做出了仿真。同时还从新呼阻塞率、切换阻塞率、实际排队队长等方面对算法进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Hand- off monitoring management is one of the key functions in radio resource management. This article analyzes the resource reservation algorithm in the aspects of theory deduction and numerical computation, establishes the mathematical model of the algorithm and simulates numerical analysis. Meanwhile, the article takes up discussions on the the algorithm in terms of new call blocking rate, hand- off blocking rate and actual queuing length, etc. |
