| 摘 要： | 校企合作教育模式是联系职业教育与经济的桥梁和纽带，是提高学校办学实力和教育质量合作式培训教学方法。校企合作模式对高职“双师型”教师的素质提出了一些新的要求，同时也为“双师型”教师的继续教育提供了平台。高职院校和相应的合作企业要抓住校企合作的契机，采取相应的措施实施“双师型”教师的继续教育。
