摘    要:教师岗位聘任制是高校人事制度改革的进一步深化,而实行教师职务聘任制的关键问题就是绩效管理。本文从系统的角度全面理解绩效管理的内涵,并从绩效管理系统的设计来探讨提高高校绩效管理有效性的途径。

Abstract:The appointment system for college teachers symbolizes the further development of human resource reform in colleges.Performance management is the key to teachers' appointment system.The thesis looks into the connotation of performance management systematically and comprehensively.Moreover,based on the designing of performance management system,it inquires of the approaches to enhancing the validity of college teachers' performance management.
