信息化进程中的教师校本研修项目设计策略与实证

摘    要:近年来,随着社会对教师信息化教学能力的要求日益突出,很多学校纷纷结合本校的信息化建设,积极开展以校为本的研修实践。但从整体上看,现阶段以校为本的研修在促进教师信息化教学能力发展的实效性上尚不显著。鉴此,从研修的规划与设计入手,探索提升教师校本研修实效性的策略和方法,首先分析了信息化背景下校本研修的特点;其次,基于广州市天河区中小学教师校本研修调研,分析了当前校本研修项目设计中存在的问题;再次,从内容、目标、模式、活动、共同体、资源以及机制等方面入手,提出面向信息化进程中教师专业发展的校本研修项目设计策略,并依托广州市石牌小学的研修项目,加以解读和验证。
