| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the market of trained personnel, we find that six kinds of capacity are badly needed which students shoold be trained for at college: 1. adaptability to the society; 2. ability to organize and mamage; 3. capacity of literal expression; 4. capacity of interpersonal communication 5. ability to create with pioneering spirit; 6. ability to make decision. |
