| 摘 要： | 加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作是一项综合性的系统工程。科学构建大学生思想政治工作体系，包括内容体系、目标体系、方法体系、队伍体系等，以协调各方面的关系，遵循教育的客观规律，构建和完善具有时代特征的大学生思想政治教育体系，达到增强大学生思想政治教育的实效性、针对性。

| Abstract: | It is a comprehensive systematic engineering to improve the political ideological education for students. Constituting the political ideological system comprises the substantial, objective, methodical and contingent system, so as to harmonize the relationship from each aspect, to follow the objective educational regularity, to build and improve the students＇ political educational system possessed of age feature, and to get the effectiveness and orientation. |
