| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立、完善及高校毕业生分配制度的改革，大学生就业难的问题日益凸现。加上我国高等教育已初步进入大众化阶段，扩招后的大学毕业生也逐年增多，更增加了就业的难度。因此做好新形势下的大学生就业工作有着重要的现实及长远意义。
