| 摘 要： | 目前美国、英国、日本、俄罗斯等发达国家的研究生教育发展较快,这些国家在研究生教育管理体制虽然各具特色,但是各国政府、培养单位、社会的关系定位清楚,各方面力量互相促进。对他们的研究生教育管理体制进行比较分析,借鉴这些国家的成功经验,将对我国研究生教育管理体制有启示作用。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,with the rapid development of postgraduate education in developed countries such as America,England,Japan and Russia,the management systems of postgraduate education in those countries have their own characristics,but the relationships among government,graduating units and society are clear and the powers of different sectors contribute to each other. Based on the comparative analysis of their management systems of postgraduate education,the use of those contries' experience for reference will be useful for the development of China's management system of postgradute education. |
