独立学院教务隐性知识管理研究——以浙江师范大学行知学院为例

摘    要:随着独立学院办学规模的日益扩大,教务管理工作也日趋复杂,如何实现教务管理模式又快又好地转型,从而支持和保障教学工作是亟待解决的问题。该文试将隐性知识管理运用于独立学院教务管理中,通过设计合适的管理平台充分利用教务管理过程中形成的各种隐性资源,切实提高独立学院的教务管理水平,以期为独立学院教务管理工作的展开提供一个全新的方法和途径。

Abstract:With the growing scale of independent colleges,teaching affairs management are becoming increasingly complex,so how to achieve teaching affairs management mode faster and better transition in order to support and guarantee teaching affairs is to be urgent solved.This paper attempts tacit knowledge management to be used in the teaching affairs management of the independent college,and takes full advantage of a variety of hidden resources formed in the process of the teaching affairs management through the design of a appropriate management platform to effectively improve the teaching affairs management level of the independent college,then expands to provide a new method and means for the teaching affairs management in the independent colleges.
