| 摘 要： | 农村幼儿教师队伍建设关系到农村学前教育事业的健康发展，影响着农村学前教育的整体质量和水平。然而，当前我国农村幼儿教师队伍建设中仍存在着诸如整体素质较低、教师队伍保障不足、教师专业发展机会少等问题。针对这些问题，本文提出了化解对策。

| Abstract: | Rural preschool teachers are important to the healthy development of rural pre - school education, and it affects the overall quality of education and educational levels in rural pre -schools. However, China＇s rural preschool teachers are facing many problems, such as the overall low quality, inadequate protection, few teachers＇professional development opportunities. To solve these problems, we proposed some countermeasures. |
