| 摘 要： | 近年来，越来越多大学生到校外参加各种社会兼职，许多学生遭遇了权益侵害。分析了大学生社会权益侵害的现状，讨论了其中的原因，并提出相应解决措施，为大学生社会兼职权益保障提供了一定的参考。
