| 摘 要： | 有效的学生管理须符合教育管理规律和学生身心发展特点，高职院校由于管理体制和教育对象发生了很大变化，学生教育管理工作应适应新的形势和发展要求，树立“以人为本”的教育管理理念。本文在分析高职院校转型、教育对象变化的基础上，对高职院校学生教育管理工作提出了“人本思想”的教育管理理念，分析了人本管理理念的内涵，提出了实施人本管理的策略。

| Abstract: | The effective students management must conform to the education administration rule and the characteristics of students body and mind development, Because of the sweeping changes of management system and the education object, the students administration work of senior vocational schools should adapt to the new situation and the development request, set up the humanist education administra- tion idea, This article analyzed the changes of educational object, proposed humanist education administration idea on which students edu- cation administration work should base. It has analyzed the connotation of humanist education administration idea, proposed strategies of implements of humanist education administration idea. |
