| 摘 要： | 食品微生物是综合性和实践性很强的学科,食品微生物检验综合大实验的开设很好弥补和完善了食品微生物实验课的内容。食品微生物综合大实验开设的探索和尝试,获得了良好的效果。文章论述了食品微生物综合大实验开设的必要性,对实验实施方案,实施过程,实验效果和实施中存在的不足进行了总结和分析,并提出实验改进方案,为进一步实践提供借鉴。
