| 远程教育视域下新型职业农民培育研究 |

| 摘 要： | 在农业信息化建设大背景下,运用远程教育开展新型职业农民培育工作、提升农民素质将成为不可阻挡的时代趋势。通过回顾中国农民远程教育的发展历程,总结其他国家开展农民远程培育的经验,以及在分析开展新型职业农民远程培育的必要性基础上,提出四点建议:发挥政府的引领带头作用、利用高等院校的智力资源、科学地遴选培育对象、提升教师队伍的综合素质,以进一步发挥远程教育在新型职业农民培育中的优势,为我国新型职业农民的远程培育工作提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | Under the background of agricultural information construction,it will be an irresistible trend of the times to use distance education to carry out the cultivation of new professional farmers and improve the quality of farmers.By reviewing the development process of distance education for farmers in China,summarizing the experience of other countries in developing distance education for farmers,and analyzing the necessity of developing distance education for new professional farmers,this paper puts forward four suggestions:giving play to the leading role of the government,making use of the intellectual resources of higher education institutes,scientifically selecting training objects,and improving the comprehensive quality of teachers,so as to give full play to the advantages of distance education in the cultivation of new professional farmers,and then provide theoretical basis and reference for the distance cultivation of new professional farmers in China. |
