| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育发展日趋成熟与完善,这无疑与经济逐步增长和社会不断发展密不可分。高等职业教育的本质特征一方面体现为教育的共同属性,不能只隶属于学历教育,还需囊括高等职业教育层次的培训,即对学生职业规划设计与职业素质的培养不可或缺;另一方面构建于专业知识与专业技能的拓展定位层面。新技术革命带来了职业岗位内涵的变化,职业任务范畴的变化,职业任务复杂程度同样在悄然裂变。高等职业教育所谓＂生产性＂并非要求全部实训的结果都物化成＂生产产品＂,凸显其作为文化意识引领职业院校并面向学生开展的技能培训,因而职业培训必将成为整个职业教育活动内隐的一种主流文化。
