| 摘 要： | 高等教育从精英阶段向大众化阶段进程中，重新建构高等教育大众化的质量保障体系有其重要意义，其教育评价标准是多元化和多样化的。以评价为基础，通过强化政府的宏观管理、健全校内评价机制、建立评价的中介机构等方式建构高等教育大众化的质量保障体系，以确保其教育质量。

| Abstract: | In the course of higher education's transition from serving a few elites to the general public, it is important to rebuild the quality guarantee system for higher education. The standard of education evaluation is multi - factored and diversified. By intensifying the government's macro- management, improving the university evaluation system, building intermediary institutions for evaluation, we can build quality control system in the popularization of higher education to ensure the quality of education. |
