| 摘 要： | 本文分析了目前高校科技成果转化中存在的问题，认为，高校的创新能力不强，政府的支持力度不大，知识的保护力度不够，信息的沟通渠道不畅，企业的管理模式不新，转化的动力压力不足，校、企的合作目标不一和人才的流动机制不全构成了高校科技成果转化的主要障碍。大力发展高校产业，加强官产学研联合，创办大学科技园和建立社会中介组织是促进高校科技成果转化的有效途径。

| Abstract: | This paper probes into the existing problems in converting scientific researches into positive results at universities, i. e. the poor innovation ability of universities, the weak supporting policy of government, the lack of protection in knowledge rights, the blocked communication of information, the old management model of enterprises, the different targets between university and enterprise and the limited flowing mechanism of human resources, which have posed the main obstacles of the transforma-tion of scientific researches. It holds that the effective approach for the universities is to develop the hi-tech industry of the universities, strengthen the collaboration among the government, industry, university and institute, set up the sci & tech park of university, and build up the social media organizations. |
