| 摘 要： | 本文章运用比较的方法，考察了经济法与企业社会责任产生的历史背景，认为企业社会责任的产生与经济法有内在的传承相继关系；经济法的国家干预经济理论是企业社会责任产生的理论依据；而企业社会责任追求利益平衡与兼顾目标更是直接导源于经济法之利益平衡理念。

| Abstract: | Using the method of comparison , this article reviews the birth background of economic law and the theory ,with the condusions that there exists a kind of inherited relationship between the theory and the economic law ;the theory that nation intervenes economy in economical law is the theoretical source for the theory of social responsibilities of corporation; and the aim of benefit balance and consideration in the theory particularly comes from the idea of benefit balance in economic law .In perspective of economic law,the social responsibilities of corporation has justification. |
