| 摘 要： | ＂学而优则仕＂思想是孔子教育思想的重要组成部分,该思想把是否有才能作为选拔人才的重要标准,＂学而优则仕＂深刻影响着中国传统社会知识分子的价值取向,对知识分子通过勤奋学习试图改变自己的身份地位有着鼓励作用。同时,＂学而优则仕＂在一定程度上堪称是科举制度公平性的重要基石,促进了科举制度选拔人才的公平性。
