| 摘 要： | 独立学院是近几年来我国高等教育体制改革中出现的一种新的办学模式,是中国高等教育大众化进程中一种新的制度安排。独立学院在我国虽然发展迅速,但并未走上一条真正的独立办学之路。独立学院从一开始就打上了"中国特色"的烙印,特别是受其母体高校办学体制的影响,为独立学院的发展刻画了一条深深的路径依赖槽,路径依赖日益成为我国独立学院发展变迁的制度窠臼。只有走出路径依赖状态,独立学院才能成为我国高等教育体制改革的一种制度创新。
