| 摘 要： | 新课程改革给教师提供了新的环境，新的发展空间，也给教师提出了更高的要求和更严峻的挑战。教师作为新课程改革的主体和关键，能否深入地实施新课程，将直接关系到新课程改革的可持续发展。新课改背景下教师地位、学生地位、教学评价、教学策略等因素决定了新课改中教师角色转换的必要性，教师角色必须转变，在教学活动中要真正体现“以学生为主体”，进行教育理念的创新与突破。
