| 摘 要： | 互连网络（Internet）为教育铺设了一条前所未有的快车道，同时也给传统的教育系统功能提出了挑战与许多新的问题。教育只有通过与网络进行高度整合，才能使系统本身得到优化，从而依赖网络技术使教育的各种功能更好地得到发展与拓展。

| Abstract: | Cyber challenges in education system come quickly and unexpectedly. The only way to promote efficiency in education is through the highly integration of information technology (IT) with the education system. Cyber Education can well function in both traditional and modern aspects, such as individualization, socialization and moral education as well. In terms of the functions of Cyber Education, there will be problems to be solved due to the flexibility of technology. |
