| 摘 要： | 独立学院在我国是一个新生事物,但却具有不断发展壮大的趋势。目前独立学院的发展在全国很不平衡,各地的办学模式、管理运行机制、办学特色等方面都参差不齐,一些学院在办学过程中也出现了一些问题,遇到了一些困难。如一些独立学院只管招生不管培养,是本科的招生,专科的培养模式;或独立学院只是一般本科院校的简单、低级的复制,没有自己的特色。目前国内就如何办好独立学院,如何创建独立学院的办学特色仍停留在实践摸索阶段。从理论上总结独立学院办学的经验教训,研究独立学院的办学定位与办学思路,探索独立学院的办学特色已是迫在眉睫的事情。

| Abstract: | The independent institute is a new emerging thing in China, but it has the tendency to grow strongly. At present the development of independent institute is very unbalanced arotmd the nation. Different districts have difference in naming mede, managing mechanism,runnlng characteristic and so on. In the process of the running, some institutes had some problems and encountered some difficulties. Such as some independent institutes, they only make much of enrolling students rather than raising them. That is just the enrollment of tmdergraduate and cultlvating mode of academy. Even some independent institutes which have no their characteristic is only the simple and lower copy of general colleges or tmiversities. Therefore, how to rtm the independent institute well and how to create the running characteristic are the problems now. We still stays in the practical and groping stage. It is an urgent thing to summarize the experience, research the orientation and thread, and explore the characteristic of running a independent institute. Therefore, to some extent, the study of this paper is creative, it has great theoretic and practical significance. |
