实践自助式整体薪酬的思考

摘    要:自助式整体薪酬是知识经济时代薪酬管理的发展趋势,它体现了员工的个性化需求,考虑到了员工的偏好特点。本文结合自助式整体薪酬管理的内涵及结构、特点,分析了实施自助式整体薪酬所面临的障碍和阻力,并联系我国企业的实际特点,阐明了要顺利推行自助式整体薪酬必须解决的关键问题。

Abstract:The cafeteria total rewards is the trend of compensation management developing in the era of knowledge economy,it indicates personal demands,considering employees' preference.It analyzes the obstacles and difficulties of the cafeteria total rewards on the basis of connotation,structure and characteristics,and clarifies the key problems which we should solve in order to bring the cafeteria total rewards into effect successfully in the light of domestic enterprises' actuality.
