| Abstract: | One of the effective measures to improve the utilization rate of persons with ability is raising graduates' employment rate. From the viewpoint of vocational educational psychology, when directing the graduates to choose career, there are three aspects that is to be done: guiding them to establish modern concept to choosing career; guiding the them to have bilateral evaluating; guding them to redress their inaccurate psychology of choosing career. |
