| 摘 要： | 理和欲,即理性规范(道德规范和法制规范)和欲望的关系,是人类社会发展的永恒主题,是中国传统哲学的重要范畴,伴随着中华文明发展过程之始终。本文通过对中国古代思想家们关于理欲关系的理论探讨,取其精华,去其糟粕。对于构建和谐社会中,如何正确处理天理和人欲的辩证关系,发掘中国传统文化在当代最具有价值和生命活力的文化精神,倡导和谐思维,解决当代不同主体间的利益冲突与社会诸多矛盾具有重要的启发意义和现实意义。

| Abstract: | The principle and the desire,namely the rational standard(moralstandard and legal system standard) and the desire relations,are theeternal subject which the human society develops.The principle wants to relate is the Chinese tradition philosophyimportant category,is following the Chinese civilization developingprocess throughout.The author attempted through to China ancienttimes the thinkers the theory discussion which wanted about theprinciple to relate,took its essence,went to its dregs.Regarding constructs in the harmonious society,how correctlyprocesses the natural justice and the human desire dialecticalrelations,excavates the China traditional culture most to have thevalue and the life vigor cultural spirit in the present age,theinitiative harmonious thought,benefit conflict and the societybetween the solution present age different main body many contradictory has the important inspiration significance and the practical significance. |
