| 摘 要： | 按照《纲要》提出的战略任务,要依托广播电视大学建设开放大学。大学是社会文化发展的产物,承担着传承和发展先进文化的历史重任。开放大学也是大学,也要承担起全面提高高等教育质量,大力推进文化传承创新的使命。针对开放大学多元文化的特征,从组织架构、理想信念和价值取向三个方面,对开放大学建设中的文化整合问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In the National Education Reform and Development of Long - term Program, a strategic task is building up Open University from Radio ＆ TV University, besides originated from social and culture development, the university undertakes the historic responsibility of continuing and de- veloping the advanced culture, consequently the Open University takes the mission of improving higher - education quality and promoting cultural trans- mission and innovation. Based on multicultural Open - university culture characteristics, the author explores the cultural integration in constructing Open University from organization structure, ideal trust and value orientation. |
