| 摘 要： | 就业问题是我国当前和今后经济社会发展面临的一大难题。商洛市就业方面存在的问题主要是:第一,劳动力供求之间的结构性矛盾较为突出;第二,第一产业滞留的劳动力仍然较多;第三,弱势群体就业难度加大。据此,解决就业问题的宏观战略是:发展劳动密集型产业,加快城市建设进程,调整产业结构,发展非公有制经济,加快劳动力市场建设,实施促进弱势群体就业的优惠政策,加大劳动执法力度。

| Abstract: | It is to analyze the main problems in employment in shangluo eity:first,the outstanding structural controdiction between workforce's supply and demand;second;still more workforce still held up in primary industry;third,the strengthened difficulties of the disadvantaged groups in employ ment,It is then to give the countermeasures:Developing the labor:intensive industry;accelatating the urban,construction process,adjusting the industrial structure;developing non-public economy,accelerating the construction of labour market;implementing the preferential policy of promoting employment of disdvantaged group;devoting more efforts to enforcing the labour law. |
