壳聚糖对菘蓝根腐病病原菌抑制作用的研究

摘    要:从唐山师范学院花房中采集菘蓝根腐病病根并对其进行了病原菌的分离、纯化和鉴定及不同浓度、不同分子量的壳聚糖对菘蓝根腐病病原菌的室内抑菌作用。结果表明:分离纯化得到致病菌经鉴定为半知菌亚门(Deuteromycotina)、丝孢纲(Hyphomycetes),丛梗孢目(Stilbellales)、瘤座孢科(Tuborculadales)、镰刀属(Fusarium)真菌。在一定浓度范围内,分子量为3KD、50KD的壳聚糖随着浓度的提高,其抑菌效果也逐渐增强,6mg/ml的效果最好;分子量为150KD时,3mg/ml的效果最好;在一定分子量范围内,除0.75mg/ml的浓度外,随着壳聚糖分子量的提高,其抑菌效果也逐渐增强,分子量150KD的效果最好;本试验中,最大抑菌率为61%。

Abstract:The samples of root rot of Isatis indigotica Fort were collected from the greenhouse in TangShan Teachers' College. Pathogenicity of the fungus obtained from these samples was tested. At the same time the result showed that the isolates mainly belonged to Deuteromycotina, Hyphomycetes, Stilbellales, Tuborculariales, Fusarium fungus. Chitosan solutions with different molecular and different concentration were prepared in order to study the inhibition effect on the pathogenic fungus of the root rot of Isatis indigotica Fort in laboratory. The result indicated that with the elevation of the chitosan density, its inhibition effects on the pathogenic fungus also become better and better. Different molecular categories also influnced the chitosan aqua's inhibition effects on the fungus. Among four kinds of the chitosan density, the chitosan density of 6mg/mL has the best effects with the molecular weight of 3KD and 50 KD, the chitosan density of 3mg/mL has the best effects with the molecular weight of 150KD. Among three kinds of the chitosan molecular, molecular weight of 150KD has the best effects except the chitosan density of 0.75mg/mL. The best inhibition rate is 61% in this experimentation.
