| 摘 要： | 随着社会和市场经济的发展,很多高校相继建立了工程造价专业。为了解决专业建立中师资的不足,需要从其他专业抽调部分教师到工程造价专业的教育教学中。因此,加快这些教师向工程造价专业转型的步伐成为当务之急。通过分析转型教师的特点,剖析了转型教师面临的机遇和挑战,指出尽快向工程造价专业转型的有效途径。
