线上教研促进小学语文教师专业发展的实践与探索

摘    要:本文从小学语文学科教研的视角,阐述线上教研新模式促进教师专业发展的实践与探索,探索在“互联网+”背景下线上教研的各种新模式。笔者认为线上教研新模式是推动教师专业发展、提升教育教学质量的有效途径,提出线上教研与线下教研融合开展的思考。

Abstract:From the perspective of elementary school language teaching and research,this article explains the practice and exploration of new online teaching and research models to promote teacher professional development,and explores various new models of online teaching and research under the background of"Internet+".The author believes that the new model of online teaching and research is an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of education and teaching.
