| 摘 要： | 自20世纪90年代以来，英国继续教育领域产生了巨大的变革，涉及教育行政、教育管理、资金投入、课程和继续教育的教师教育与培训等，这些变革是源于教育理念的转变及政府的直接干预。此外，政府还特别关注具有特殊需要的学生。
