| 摘 要： | 如何引导全国高校分类发展，解决多样化的社会需求与单一化的发展目标的矛盾，是当前中国高等教育事业发展中急待解决的难题，也是一项复杂而困难的工作。类型划分，是高校定位及确定发展方向的前提。治本之法，一是转变观念，二是推向市场；治标之法，一是分类评估，二是政府协调。

| Abstract: | How to direct the classification and development of the whole country's colleges and universities and to solve the contradiction between the diversity of social demand and the single developing goal are one of the difficult problems urgently to be solved, as well as a kind of complicated and difficulty work. The classification of types is the premise for the location and the developing direction to be affirmed of colleges and universities. The way to taking radical measure is to change idea and to push the question to society; the way to taking stopgap measure is to estimate the location according to classification and to coordinate by government. |
