| 摘 要： | 新一轮国家基础教育课程改革的主题是学生的个性，要满足学生的个性，首先要充分尊重教师的个性。通过凸现教师个性的重要性，指出其个性在哪些方面被忽视，随后提出如何尊重教师个性的几点看法，以更好地服务于课程改革。

| Abstract: | The theme of the new round of curriculum reform in the basic education is to adapt to the individuality of the student. The adaptation to the student＇s individuality should first of all be based on the respect to the indivlduality of the teacher. Through giving prominence to the individuality of the teacher, the aspects of the individuality of the teacher being overlooked are pointed out. And a few points of view about how to respect the individuality of the teacher are put forth to serve the new round of curriculum reform. |
