| Abstract: | Teachers in institutions of higher learning should have the Moral Character of "being accommodating but not one of the crowd".They should strive for a plural harmony in education,for harmonizing what are heterogeneous,and for clearing up what are in opposition so as to improve their own moral characters to facilitate the teaching of students in accordance with their aptitude,the improving of their own physical and mental health and to promote social harmony. |
