| 摘 要： | 在中国共产党90年的历史进程中,随着她所处的环境、面临的任务及内部状况的变化,其党章逐步完善与不断创新,再现了中国共产党从幼年走向成熟,从弱小走向强大,从革命党走向执政党的全部历程,记录了中国共产党思想理论和路线方针与时俱进的发展轨迹。中国共产党党章的历史变迁与时代创新,折射了马克思主义基本原理与中国具体实际相结合的曲折过程,反映了党对革命和建设认识的理论升华,彰显出中国共产党人开拓进取、勇于创新的可贵品质,凝结成为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的宝贵经验。
