| 摘 要： | 从2000 年到2010 年,福建省普通高校高层次人才队伍建设取得了显著的成就,主要表现为：数量得到了大幅度增加;结构得到了有效的改善;质量得到了明显提升.但同时也存在严重的不均衡现象,与经济社会发展要求脱节,且在全国和周边地区缺乏比较优势,竞争力严重不足.

| Abstract: | The development of higher level talents of the institutions of higher education in Fujian Province from 2000 to 2010 has made remarkable achievements,demonstrated in the following：the number has made a substantial increase,the structure hasbeen effectively improved,and the quality has been enhanced significantly,but at the sametime,there are also serious imbalances,out-of-touch with the economic and social development,the lack of comparative advantage and a serious shortage of competitiveness in thecountry as well as the surrounding areas. |
